1. Regulatory Status

BunnyOS is a software platform providing non-custodial technology and infrastructure for deploying and operating autonomous software agents. BunnyOS is not authorized, licensed, or registered as a crypto-asset service provider under MiCA or any equivalent regulatory regime in the European Union. The Services are not intended to constitute the offering of regulated crypto-asset services, financial services, or investment products within the meaning of MiCA. Availability of the Services, agent apps, tokens, or related functionality may be restricted or unavailable in certain jurisdictions, including the European Union, where required by applicable law.

2. Nature of the Services

BunnyOS provides general-purpose software tools and infrastructure only. The Services enable users to deploy and operate autonomous software agents that execute logic and instructions defined by users. BunnyOS does not exercise discretion over user assets, investment decisions, or agent behavior. Users retain full control and responsibility over authorizations granted to agents and over any interactions with external systems, including blockchains and smart contracts.

3. Crypto-Assets and Tokens


Agent App Tokens Agent app tokens referenced or accessible through the Services are issued and managed independently by third-party developers. BunnyOS:
  • Does not guarantee utility, value, or liquidity
Agent app tokens may not be available in all jurisdictions and may be subject to legal or regulatory restrictions. Users are solely responsible for assessing the legal, regulatory, and economic risks associated with any token. BunnyOS Points BunnyOS points are a non-transferable participation metric used to track engagement within the BunnyOS ecosystem. BunnyOS points:
  • Are not crypto-assets or financial instruments
  • Have no guaranteed monetary value
  • Do not represent ownership, profit rights, or claims against BunnyOS
  • Do not have a fixed or guaranteed conversion mechanism
Any future use of points, including potential distributions, is discretionary and may be modified or discontinued.

4. No Offer or Solicitation

Nothing within the Services constitutes:
  • An offer to the public of crypto-assets
  • A solicitation to purchase or sell crypto-assets
  • Marketing of regulated financial products
Any references to tokens or digital assets are informational only.

5. Autonomous Agent Risk

Autonomous software agents may operate without real-time user intervention once authorized. Such agents may:
  • Execute actions based on software logic and external data
  • Produce unexpected or undesirable outcomes
  • Be affected by market volatility, protocol behavior, or software errors
Users assume full responsibility for the consequences of deploying and authorizing autonomous agents.

6. Market and Technology Risks

Use of crypto-assets and decentralized systems involves significant risk, including but not limited to:
  • Market volatility
  • Smart contract vulnerabilities
  • Protocol failures or exploits
  • Blockchain congestion or re-orgs
  • Oracle failures or inaccurate data
These risks may result in partial or total loss of assets.

7. No Guarantees

BunnyOS does not guarantee:
  • Accuracy of data or outputs
  • Performance or profitability of agents
  • Continued availability of Services
  • Regulatory treatment of any token or activity
Past behavior or outcomes do not indicate future results.

Users are responsible for:
  • Understanding applicable laws and regulations
  • Determining whether use of the Services is permitted in their jurisdiction
  • Complying with all legal, tax, and regulatory obligations
Users should seek independent professional advice before engaging in activities involving crypto-assets.
